Hi My name is Wendy and I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 about 12 years ago.  I have found that the medication was not compatible with me. It gave me moods swings, melancholy,  blood sugar readings of 2.4 when I had gastro and heart pulpitations.

To give up the medication I give up carbohydrates. Please note I was supported during this process by a GP, a Hormone Specialist and a practitioner of Total Body Modification .
